Day 1: HO CHI MINH ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, our staff picks you up at airport, transfer to hotel. Check in and overnight in Saigon.

Day 2: HO CHI MINH CITY – CU CHI TUNNEL
Breakfast in the hotel. We will start a day with visiting Cu Chi Tunnels, a Viet Cong base during the war, explore the tunnels yourselves to understand more about Vietnamese and the history. Return to Ho Chi Minh city and have lunch in local restaurant. Afternoon, visit War Museum with a lot of exhibitions related to American war, visit Reunification Palace which was the workplace of the Southern President of Vietnam during the war. Visit Notre Dame Cathedral and nearby area with the old Post office. End of the day in Ben Thanh Market for shopping. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 3: HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA
After breakfast, we take a smooth ride to southern Saigon and reach the land that is home to friendly Mekong farmers and fishermen; walk across their lush orchards and sample a variety of seasonal tropical fruits; venture out in a small sampan and glide through the narrow canals and enjoy the tasty food of the Mekong, which is interestingly garnished and offered by these hospitable locals.

Day 4: HO CHI MINH – DA NANG – HOI AN
This morning, we transfer to the airport and fly to Da nang. Arrive at Danang Airport, you are picked up by our driver at airport and transfer to your hotel in Hoi An. Check in your hotel and get ready for the walking tour to visit Hoi An Old Streets though the picturesque streets of this 16th century trading port, where the buildings remind us of its Chinese, Japanese, French and Vietnamese architectural styles; Visit the Chinese Embassy Halls, Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda & Tan Ky House. Rest of day, you are free at your leisure. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 5: HOI AN – MY SON
After breakfast, you take the half day to My Son – the sanctuary of Cham culture. You will walk in the ruins of ancient My Son holy land to recall the Champa people’s glory days dating from the 4th to the 13th century. Rest of the day, balance your leisure time between lounging at the beach or happily emptying your wallet while browsing the world of handicrafts and souvenirs that HoiAn offers; or simply stroll along the riverside to get a feel for the olden days of the busy Faifo merchant port. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 6: HOI AN – DA NANG – HUE
Spend the morning for the last shopping before transfer to Hue. On the way, we stop to visit Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountain). Climb Thuy Son (Water) by the stone stairs and enjoy the panoramic view of the nearby countryside and visit Huyen Khong cave before entering Tam Thai and Ling Ung pagodas. Rest at the foot of the mountain where you can visit Non Nuoc stone village where the local skilled sculptors create many marble products which are exported to countries worldwide. Reach Hue in the afternoon, we check in and relax.

Day 7: HUE CITY TOUR
Breakfast in hotel and meet up with our local guide again to start a day exploring the charms of The Citadel in this former Imperial City with many well-preserved royal monuments in Hue. Board a dragon boat cruising the Huong River. Stop at Thien Mu Pagoda and then back to the car to visit Minh Mang and Tu Duc’s tomb. In the afternoon, visit the Citadel, Forbidden Purple City and the Dong Ba Market. Overnight in Hue.

Day 8: HUE – HANOI
This morning, our driver will wait for you at the lobby of your hotel then transfer you to Da nang for flight to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi, check in and relax.

Day 9: HANOI CITY TOUR
The full day tour takes you around Hanoi’s highlights sites including the Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh Museum and his stilt house, Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda. You also have chance to visit historic University – The Temple of Literature, that dates back to the 11th century. Continue to the Ethnology Museum where you can learn about all ethnic groups in Vietnam. Back to the Old Quarter,you can choose to walk or have a ride on electric bus through the narrow streets that were famous for its specialized craft making guilds, The guild streets were named for their product or location and still bear such names nowadays; and then join in a unique water puppet show that features the Viet folklore and culture.

Day 10: HANOI – HALONG
After breakfast, we are ready to be picked up for a 3.5h drive to Halong Bay at 8.30. About 11.30-12.00, you are welcomed on boat and have set lunch while cruising in the bay. Depends on which cruise you choose, the detailed itinerary will basically include visit Amazing cave, kayaking (extra option at most of the boat, some boat has kayaking included), swimming in crystal water and enjoy the landscape. Dinner and overnight on the cruise.

Day 11: HALONG – HANOI
Wake up on the bay to the sounds of waves, fresh air and breeze welcoming the new day. After breakfast, visit a beautiful limestone grotto then walk back to the boat for a final glimpse of Halong Bay while cruising back to the dock. The boat arrives at the harbor by 11.30am and your driver is waiting to take you back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 12: HANOI – VIENTIANE
This morning, enjoy a leisure breakfast; perhaps take a walk to the central lake area or do some last minute shopping. Be packed and ready for your flight to Laos. Arrival to Vientiane. On arrival in Vientiane Capital, you will be met and transferred to your centrally located hotel. Vientiane is a charming and fascinating capital, with an interesting mix of Lao, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, French, and American influences. Overnight in VIENTIANE.

Day 13: Vientiane – City Tour
Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, we explore Vientiane capital by visiting the major sights of the capital including the Museum of Arts, the oldest Wat Sisaket with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo, which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. . Enroute to Lao’s national precious heritage, the famous and sacred structure of That Luang Stupa, you will have the opportunity to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is well known as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph. In the afternoon, we continue visiting the rest of Vientiane by foot, including Wat Ong Tue, Wat Inpeng and Wat Haisok. We pass by the major shopping area continuing to the Vientiane Central Market of Talad Sao and Talad Kouadin where various goods are displayed for sale; including fresh food, household goods, souvenirs, textiles, gold, silver and antiques. We return to the Mekong Riverside in the late afternoon for observing the sunset. Overnight in VIENTIANE.

Day 14: Vientiane – Luang Prabang (Flight)
After breakfast, we board our short flight to Luang Prabang Vientiane – Luang Prabang via QV101 @ 11:50 – 12:30 or similar. On arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. After a short rest, we visit the Royal Palace Museum, which hosts a range of interesting artifacts. We also have time to visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrines of Wat Aham and Wat Mai. We then climb up to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. From there, we explore the Night Market, where you can find a lovely selection of handmade textiles made by the local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 15: Luang Prabang – Pak Ou Caves
Today, we enjoy a short-guided tour of the city’s oldest temple Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its sweeping low roofs, which represents the classical architecture of Luang Prabang temple. We then embark on a boat journey upstream along the Mekong River, which also gives us a beautiful view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims. En route, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where the local specialty of rice wine is produced. Once back in Luang Prabang city we take a short drive to Ban Phanom, well known for its hand weaving. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 16: Luang Prabang – Departure
After breakfast, free at leisure until time to transfer to the airport for your flight.
